"My mother lived in Holiday Estates for 34 years. I lived there with my mother, then later bought a mobile home and lived there with 2 young sons.  Holiday Estates takes great care of their community and if I was to ever want to move into a mobile home community in Kokomo, I would choose Holiday Estates!" - C.L.
Community Security
We work hard to make our community safe and enjoyable for all residents. We have a very active Neighborhood Watch program with several volunteers from the community regularly patrolling our park. Residents and management greatly appreciate all their efforts to help maintain a safe community for our residents.
